Terms:

a) General terms and conditions

Below are the general conditions for all reservations. In case of any exception, it will be indicated on the apartment sheet.
These conditions will govern the Magno Apartments relations as owners of the website and the people who make their reservations with us (hereinafter, the CLIENT).

b) Payment terms

Outstanding balance: the amount pending payment will depend on the general conditions of each apartment, the entire payment must be made on our website through the payment gateway or on the day of entry into the apartment. We must not pay anyone without our consent and answers the indications both in the apartment file and in the confirmation.

All inclusive: the amount of the reservation includes VAT, water supplies, energy and telecommunications.

Not included: additional services that the client can contract.

c) Cleaning

Each reservation includes in the price a mandatory cleaning service at the end of the stay. In case of long stay, you can hire a weekly cleaning. All apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in a clean and orderly condition, as well as for removing the garbage to a container.

d) Number of guests

It is forbidden to lodge in the contracted apartment a number of guests greater than that declared in the reservation (except children under 2 years old), unless expressly authorized by Magno Apartmetns and prior payment of the price increase.

e) Use of apartment and damage caused

Use of the apartment: by making a reservation on our website, the client, and his companions agree to make proper use of the rented apartment.

Damage caused: the client will be responsible for damage caused to the apartment, except for normal damage caused by everyday use. In case of losing the keys, you must pay the expenses derived from making copies and / or changing the lock.

f) Other conditions

Pets: pets are not allowed.

No Smoking: smoking is not allowed in the apartments, except on balconies, terraces, patios, and gardens. In case of breach of this rule, they may be expelled and charge part of the total alliance.

Rules: it is very important to respect the rest, so we ask not to do noisy activities between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Parties and the entry of non-residents are prohibited and will be grounds for expulsion from the apartment. Civic behaviour and making good use of the common areas of the building where the apartment is located are essential.

Non-compliance: serious and / or repeated non-compliance by the client or his companions with the conditions established above will grant Magno Apartments the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without compensation.

Personal data: in compliance with article 5, section 1.a), of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the client that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file properly Registered in the Registry established for this purpose by the Data Protection Agency, and will serve for the effective provision of the services it has contracted. Only those employees and suppliers who must know such data in order to provide said services will have access to them. In any case, the client can exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification, and cancellation provided for in the aforementioned Law.

Arrival: the entrance to our apartments is from 3 p.m. There will be an extra cost depending on the apartment if arrival is after 9 p.m.

Departure: the apartments must be available for cleaning after 11 a.m.

Booking an apartment on the website implies the acceptance of these general conditions, as well as the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Seville.
